1. Support

    Our Support programme is based on a points system. There is no need to buy a yearly contract in advance...you pay for what you use, it cannot be fairer than that. As long as you have 14 points (£140) in credit, you are entitled to telephone, eSupport, and On-Site visits. Here's how it works:

    1. In the event of a problem, log a call with the technical help desk. You will be asked for your password (if provided).

    2. If the problem can be resolved via telephone support you will be notified at the end how many points have been used.

    3. If the problem can not be solved then no points will be deducted from your account. You will then need to decide whether you need eSupport or on-site support.

  2. eSupport

    With eSupport, we have moved our support technology to another level. Unlike many other similar technologies, eSupport works anywhere, anytime and does not require purchased software to be installed. Here's how it works:

    1. Download the Team Viewer Application. Tell us the ID and password.

    2. Our consultants will then initiate a support session where we take control of the machine remotely. You can then walk away and continue with your normal work while we diagnose and where possible, fix the problem.
